Fire Station #38 is an 11,000 s.f. facility with two full engine bays and two half bays. It also contains apparatus and dispatch rooms; living quarters; kitchen; and associated spaces. The facility's design will comply with the USGBC LEED rating system to obtain, at a minimum, "Silver" rating.
