GSW Building III – Exhibit Dynamics
Grand Prairie, Texas
One of a series of new industrial buildings in Grand Prairie, GSW Building III is a 350,000 s.f. tech/warehouse facility. The building is designed to serve the corporate image of Exhibit Dynamics with a custom designed entry, cantilevered concrete panels, feature lighting, and specialty concrete texture treatment, all within tight economic parameters. Exhibit Dynamics is a local designer, manufacturer, and distributor of high-end corporate and trade show exhibits. Along with an identifiable exterior entrance, they required a creative interior workplace that exerted the ingenuity of their product while interacting seamlessly with the multitude of functions needed to achieve that goal. The result is an organized and lively place to work and display talent. |
