3333 Welborn is a four-story office building renovation in the heart of Oaklawn in Dallas, Texas. A metal and glass exterior skin was designed and three separate colors of metal panels were utilized to emphasize the existing vertical structural elements. The building lobby was designed with terrazzo and glasspan panels adding light and air to a previously oppressive space. Custom designed interior and exterior light fixtures are used to add life and height to the building. |
